Dennis is a consultant within the Technology Risk Management practice of Kingston Smith Consulting with full life-cycle project and programme management experience but easily moves into the risk management, compliance and controls assurance practice line
He has regulatory compliance expertise in the UK, Europe and US including Solvency II, Sarbanes-Oxley and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act.Skilled in the establishment of IT governance frameworks, data security/quality, risk management, auditing, business continuity planning, software development, system rationalization/integration and process improvements.
Dennis has held a number of operational IT roles leading to a C-level role prior to consulting and has experience in the insurance, banking, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, software services, oil and natural gas, grocery warehousing and distribution and heavy manufacturing industries.Dennis also has recent experience with the enterprise assessment and audit of charities.
Dennis likes to be a participator rather than spectator in a number of sports.
